如何对电气进行检查？

升降机在建筑行业的应用越来越广泛，升降机在使用过程中,电气具有重要的影响，在使用之前升降机厂家需要对机器进行一定的检查。

1、需要用接地电阻测试仪测量升降机钢结构及电器设备金属外壳的接地电阻，不得大于4Ω;

2、需要用500V兆欧表测电动机及电器元件的对地电阻应不小于1MΩ;

3、需要检查升降机各安装控制开关,分别打开吊笼笼上各个门,触动断绳保护开关,上下限位开关、极限开关等均应能够起作用;

4、需要校核电动机界限,吊笼上、下运动方向应与操作盒所示方向一致。
