铝合金液压升降机运动部件故障产生的原因

在社会发展变化过程中，对于铝合金升降机的需求也在产生新的变化，对个性化需求的企业也逐步增多，许多客户在使用铝合金升降机时更是得心应手，提高了工作效率，解决了登高难的问题，为了不影响正常使用，要做好易损部件的维护。油缸在整个铝合金升降机升降过程中起到至关重要的作用的，也是通过它来实现货物的上升与下降的。

1、液压泵输油量不足。包括液压泵泵油量不够，吸油阻力过大，吸油管道漏气，油液黏度过大或油温太低，油箱中油面高度过低以及油箱通气孔堵塞，可能由于货物在承载时，超载或者偏载，使得活塞杆与油缸受到损坏。

2、液压泵内泄漏严重。如零件磨损过大、密封间隙变大、泵体因铸造缺陷等，使铝合金升降机压油腔和吸油腔连通，调整的螺母和六角螺母不在正确的位置上；这时要根据判断，更换活塞杆或油缸，不使用铝合金升降机时把车降调最低，重新调整螺母。

3、压力油路的管接头及各种阀的泄漏。如液压缸液压马达的密封装置损坏，引起内泄漏严重，活塞杆长时间暴露而生锈，阻碍了活塞的顺利运动。
