液压升降机齿轮故障的判断方法

1、升降机齿轮表面疲惫
升降机齿轮齿面点蚀,点蚀多发生在节线四周。当接触应力和轮回次数超过一定限度时,两齿面会产生微小的裂纹,接触应力是随时间而变化的脉动轮回应力,随轮回次数的增加,裂纹逐步扩展,就会使裂纹之间的金属微粒剥落下来形成齿面疲惫点蚀。

2、监督及齿面磨损

3、齿轮塑性变形

4、减速机轮齿断裂
