升降货梯轴销更换注意事项

升降货梯有很多配件组成，其中轴销是固定升降平台使用最多的部件，也是比较容易损坏的部件。大家在使用时需要二至三年更换一次，大家在更换时需要注意哪些问题呢？

1、升降货梯http://www.jntr168.com/如果需要更换的轴销超过50%时，应对所有轴销进行检查，磨损超过90%的轴销必须更换。

2、升降货梯更换轴销时，应使用行车或吊链把台面拆下，并平稳放置在安全影响工作的地方，应检查耐磨套的磨损状况，如果磨损超过了80%，也应该同时更换。耐磨套更换时，应由正规生产厂家更换，耐磨套的定位的精准程度，这样直接影响着升降平台的偏摆量。
