升降货梯对马达有哪些要求？

升降货梯http://www.jntr168.com/所用的马达，要能承受极频繁的启动、停止和换向作用；能在重载下起动，就是要有较高的起动转矩，以及较小的起动电流。对于这三个要求，直流马达要比交流马达来得合适一些，但是普通市内电源，都是三相交流的。如果要用直流马达，必须装有直流设备，改变交流为直流。

一般工厂内的升降货梯，所用的马达多数是交流三相感应型的，无论是鼠笼型或者滑圈型的都可。为了要有较高的起动转矩，马达的马力，常比实际需要的马力，约大三分之一左右，鼠笼型马达，多用于低速，而滑圈型马达，则用于速度较高的升降货梯。 又有一种变速的交流感应马达，是在同一定子槽内，埋放二套线圈这样可以得到二种速率。在起动时，用高速线圈；需要减速时，可趁高速线圈仍接于电源时，将低速线圈亦接于电源，然后关断高速线圈，将低速线圈的电阻，加以短接。这种变速的手续，亦可由定时继电器来完成。
