升降货梯的绝缘结构分析

1、升降货梯http://www.jntr168.com/底座由槽钢和角钢焊接成长方形框架，底部安装有脚轮，四角有翻转式地脚支撑腿，工作时地脚支撑腿呈水平状态，旋出固定支腿与脚轮一起加固支撑，工作结束后，地脚支撑腿可翻折收回，底座的中间为三个金属连接套筒，升降货梯支架安装在套筒中采用可拆卸连接。

2、升降货梯绝缘升降系统有绝缘升降支架和绝缘伸缩杆组成，绝缘升降支架呈三菱柱形状，三条边分别为一根鱼竿式绝缘伸缩杆，这三根伸缩杆通过每一节的三脚架连为一体；单根的伸缩杆通过支架最上面两层三脚架中心处的杆座与支架连接在一起。整个升降货梯的稳定性是由升降支架来保证的，因此绝缘升降支架要求结构稳定可靠，伸缩性好，完全绝缘此结构中没有电气等动力装置，由人工操作保证安全绝缘。
